Orthopedic Techniques

Neuromuscular therapy utilizes and enhances the body's communication system between the muscles and the brain.

Decrease pain, improve range of motion and restore balance throughout the entire body.

Techniques include:

  • Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)
  • Positional release
  • Trigger Point Therapy
  • Cross fiber friction
  • Range of motion assessment

Myofascial Release (MFR)

Swedish massage is no less therapeutic than more specific deep treatments if nervous system regulation is what is necessary and appropriate for the betterment of the individual.  Stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) through soothing long strokes may provide numerous physiological benefits including the lowering of blood pressure, increasing circulation, and mitigating chronic stress factors by down regulating the sympathetic nervous system (fight/flight/freeze). People with anxiety and/or trouble sleeping may benefit from this style of massage.

CranioSacral Therapy uses precise, light-touch techniques to identify and release restrictions within the brain/cranium, sacrum and spinal cord, promoting optimal nervous system function.

By working with the craniosacral system, which consists of the protective bones, soft tissues, and fluids surrounding the central nervous system, we can address dysfunction within this system, which impacts overall health.  This therapy can help alleviate various conditions, such as

  • chronic pain/fatigue,
  • TMJ dysfunction,
  •  headaches,
  •  whiplash,
  •  concussions,
  •  sinusitis,
  •  fibromyalgia,
  •  insomnia,
  •  anxiety,
  •  depression,
  •  hormonal imbalances, and
  •  stress-related issues.

Additionally, it can serve as a tool for personal and spiritual growth, offering a meditative exploration of deeper self-awareness.

With LifeWave, our patches reflect your energy back into your body. Your body emits heat, including heat in the infrared spectrum. The X39 patches are designed to trap this infrared energy when placed on the body, which causes them to reflect it back to stimulate specific points on the skin that can promote a general state of health and healthy activity by stimulating your bodies production of GHK-Cu Peptide, a Peptide respsonsible for activating latent stem cells.
